Consider the Steinberg v. Chicago Medical School case. In general, informational brochures are not considered offers but, in this case, the bulletin was, in essence, an informational brochure, and yet the court treated it an an offer. In y our own words, in a two paragraph submission, explain whether you agree or disagree with the court in the Steinberg case. Each paragraph should be between 4 to 6 sentences long.
