Read Exodus 3, which contains Moses's call by God to free the ancient Israelites from slavery in Egypt. After reading the chapter, use Daniel Harrington's descriptions of literary and form criticism to show how  literary analysis of the chapter and an analysis of the form of Moses's call (you can compare it to the example that Harrington uses in his essay). After analysis of the chapter, reflect briefly on how the exercise went for you. Was it easy or hard? Do you feel that the analysis was worth while?
