Green-Life General Hospital is one the fast-growing hospital in Dhaka city. One of their prominent services that touches tal is one in Dhantment management system. Thera appointments are managed either as scheduled or unscheduled manner. Patients begin their visit either as a scheduled or an unscheduled patient.
The unscheduled patient visit includes:
Walk into the emergency department (these ambulatory patients represent the most common path in to the hospital). Ambulance delivers patients at the emergency department
Sometimes patients can directly walk im to the out-patient department to see the doctor. In that case they get the appointment from the Customer Care based on the doctor's availability.
Schedule Patient Includes
Scheduled hospital visits that are arranged through the hospital's Customers Service Center (CSC)portal, it could either for Out patients or In-patient.
For the outpatients, the patients log in to the CSC portal and select doctor based on their availability, book appointment, confirm online billing and get the serial number with appointment timing. On the day of appointinent, the patient, walk in to the designated out-patient department in the given time and show the serial no and payment slip to the customer service center, the customer care guides the patient to the chamber of the appointed Doctor. If any of the patients miss the appointment time the customer care manages another appointment for the patient.
For the In-patients, the appointment requests are commonly coming from the emergency department or surgery department. If there is any surgery scheduled from the doctor then the patient can log on to the CSC portal and book the bed based on the surgery schedule. The payment of the in-patients can be done at the time of their discharge.
