Scenario 1: You are the project manager of a large-scale software project named TechOne, the projects customer explained that requirements are not fully understood, and it is possible to make changes to the scope/requirements in the future. However, results need to be obtained early and periodically.

Also, the customer showed a desire to be involved throughout the project in order to learn about the new technology being developed and provide feedback and evaluation. [4 marks]

Scenario 2: You are a project manager for a web application project named Recom. After meeting with the customer, you learned that they wish to emphasize on people and interactions rather than process and tools. Instead of negotiation contracts they prefer to have a celebrative environment in which the customer can be involved. Changes can be discussed, and features can be newly effected or removed based on feedback. [4 marks]
