Watch the 2 videos (and one song played through video format) that follow and answer the following:

(1) Removing the law and the elements of fair use from the analysis, which ethical theory do you feel best supports the use of "Pretty Woman" by 2 Live Crew or the use of any sample of copyrighted material to create something new?

(2) Find a video from a recording artists released in the last 10 years that uses a sample from another artist and post a link to that video. Comment on at least 2 of your classmates posted videos and explain which song/video you feel is better!
