Defendant went out to the bars on night to celebrate a friend's birthday. He was chosen as the designated driver. Unfortunately, the night, the fun, and the music got the best of him! He took one too many shots and drank one too many beers. He believes himself to be "okay" to drive his friends home, although he knows that he consumed a lot of alcohol that evening.
