Read the story and identify each stakeholder. Using the template provided, rate each stakeholder as to their level of impact/influence and explain why you have rated them at this level. The more explanation, the better. Then graph each stakeholder on the 2x2 graph to visually identify where each stakeholder is positioned. Submit all three documents (they can be combined as long as all content is included)
