- -Do the background music and beat match the message (i.e. is the song upbeat when the lyrics are serious? do the instruments suggest a certain impression the band wants to give?
- -Does the music video help the audience better understand the message? Does it detract from it?
- -Does the live version of the song leave a different impression than the music video or the song and lyrics (i.e. is the vibe different in the live version than the recorded versions?
