Read this quote and maje a comment if your agree $,$ like i like hour comment $..$One quote that really stood out out to me was in chapter $5$ Getting out the Box and it went like $"$do you ever kept some important information to yourself? even when you knew a colleague would really be helped by it$?".$ That really stood out to me because I believe that sometimes in life even when it is hard to say things it is best to communicate them with whoever may need to hear the message that message. Especially if it will benefit them no matter how awkward the situation is or how weird the topic is it is better to face it and go over whatever it is than hide away or just turn a blind eye from it$.$ For me growing up it took me a while to learn how to be straight up$,$ however over time as I got older, I learned that the people who you care most about deserve to hear what you have to say especially if it is something in their best interest.
