2) This is a speech by Grant Cardone about closing a sales deal. I focused on the part from 1:31 to 2:31.

Grant Cardone used examples in the speech. He walked around rather than just standing in one place. he used hand gestures to initiate his words. Proper use of body language. Jumping eye contact from person to person in the crowd. I gave an example of a "confident statement" to show how to agree with the client. He used head nods to make his words heavier. Smiled a few times not a lot to address his words are not jokes but facts. Most importantly he was using aggressive expressions to deliver his speech.
