Reading from the articles of Collis and Rukstad, how do you respond to the following questions:

1. According to the authors, why is it worthwhile for a firm to develop its strategy statement?
2. Define each of the three elements of the strategy statement (i.e., Objective, Scope, and Advantage). and create a generic comprehensive question for each of the three elements that must be answered to define that element uniquely for any specific firm. The question might start out 'What is the ...?' and/or when?
3. Pick a firm that you are familiar with, or interested in, and create a strategy statement for it that meets all the requirements of the Collis and Rukstad article. For example, here is Edward Jones's strategy statement, from 2007.
