Rebecca hired John to install new carpet in the entire second story of her home. John came and measured and told Rebecca it would cost $3,500 for him to install carpet "in the whole second floor." Rebecca accepted the offer. Neither Rebecca nor John were aware that, when he came to measure the second floor of Rebecca's home, John failed to see a door to another small room off of the main bedroom. When John came to install the carpet, he noticed his error. John told Rebecca that it will cost an additional $300 to include the small room. Rebecca refused to pay the additional $300 and demanded that John include the small room for the original price. When John refused, Rebecca sued him for breach of contract. Judgment for whom?
