Recall and describe a business transaction you were involved in where you felt you were dealt with in a less than fully honest manner. Then, using each of the elements of Fraud Under Indiana law, the elements of actual fraud are:

(1) a material misrepresentation of past or existing fact by the defendant, which;

(2) was false;

(3) was made with knowledge or reckless ignorance of the falsity;

(4) was relied upon by the complaining party; and

(5) proximately caused the plaintiff's injury , describe why or why not you believe it was legally fraudulent (similar to the Negligence exercise above). You should list each element and supply facts necessary to make your ultimate "verdict." (1-2 pages).
