You just need to describe what the resources needed would be; you do not need to calculate the cost of the resources. D) The involvement of community partners (specify who the community partners will be and what their role will be). e) Expected benefits for various stakeholders (specify the benefits for at least two different stakeholders such as patients, healthcare providers, staff, and the larger community)
