• For inspiration you can watch cooking channels on YouTube, e.g. The Kitchen of the World
• Present a traditional or typical dish from your country/region and a dish from Hispanic cuisine
• Compare  with some of the Cuban dishes mentioned in chapter 6 and 7 (in Soler-Espiauba, Dolores: Guantanameras)
• 3-4 minutes

The presentation must include the following 7 points

1. Name of the dish
2. origin or area where it is typical
3. its cultural importance
4. What ingredients does it contain and where can you find or buy the ingredients and how to prepare it?
5. when to eat and recommendation on the ideal accompaniment
6. comparison (e.g. similar ingredients, but prepared in different ways (fried, boiled, steamed, etc.), or with different spices, or if the dishes are eaten on different occasions or with other types of accompaniments, etc.)
7. the impact of the plate on the environment
