2.Calculate the sample standard deviation for the 13 provinces and territories by hand for Year 2005. Be sure to include all steps in the calculation and a well organized solution. You may take a picture of work you have done by hand.

3.Remove Nunavut from the data for the Year 2005. Recalculate the measures of spread and compare measures to the Year 2005 with Nunavut included. Comment on any significant changes and provide explanation as to why those changes occurred.
