As for the process of recruiting, it usually takes 5 stages to be done which are: planning for employment and forecasting goals, building a pool of job candidates, completing, and gathering application forms such as interviews or questionnaires, using a filtering tool that exists, or creating your filtering tool, deciding whom to give the offer to . And many theories are believed by HR managers which are : 1 -Hiring internal candidates: where they believe that hiring within the organization is better because it gives them a more accurate look and easier decision process based on the observed strengths, weaknesses, and skills that the candidate had while they were performing their tasks in the job where there will be less distorted information. They also believe that they will need less training and will have a stronger commitment to the organization which leads to more loyalty, effectiveness, and profits. 2 -Recruiting by the Internet is better: it is believed by most if not all employers that recruiting by the Internet is the most effective way because it reduces costs either financially or by effort. After all, you can simply publicize the job you want using websites and social media which are free and easy to publicize and gather many applicants that can easily reach out to you, and you will have a better pool of candidates because you can prescreen them online and use automation which makes the process easier . 3 -Recruiting is a challenge: effective employers always face challenges in recruiting because they consider many things before they give an offer to someone, where they consider many things like the organization's goals and the characteristics and skills that are required from a person to perform this job effectively, and if they match with the organization and customer culture, and so much more. And it is very rare to find a person that matches the exact specifications that you have set which is why you need to pay close attention to the applicants and search for them, employers should also design an effective interview and conduct it by avoiding any interview mistakes that might lead to bigger consequences such as your competitor having this great candidate just because your interviews were not effective and you thought that the candidate was not qualified, or because you cannot match the right person with the job (talent acquisition). And recruitment is one of the most important factors any organization should take care of and pay close attention to. Because these employees that you hired will either develop your company and make it better or the other way around. This is why recruitment needs consideration, thinking, and setting standards in hiring based on studying and knowing what and who the organization needs and how is that person going to help accomplish its goals. Davenport was requested by Decoster to request that Miller move a few crates out of the way. Davenport told Miller what to do, and Miller got angry and aggressive. Miller was then struck by Davenport. Both men had their employment terminated.
Miller filed a lawsuit against Ross Stores, saying that Ross Stores had been negligent in all aspects of his employment, including hiring, training, supervision, and monitoring. Ross Stores was deemed negligent by a jury, and Miller was given compensation.
