For example, you can extract the value of total exports from Canada to the United States, under the food manufacturing industry, over the past five years. Please extract and analyze relevant data to answer the following questions:

a) List Canada's top-five trading partners(both imports and exports,under all industries)over the past five years. Do you observe any trends?

b) In general, which Canadian provinces and regions are responsible for the majority of Canada's global trades (under all industries)?

c) Extract industry-specific data to find the value of imports and exports under each of the following top-level industries: "Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, and Hunting", "Mining and Oil and Gas Extraction", "Utilities", and "Manufacturing". Compare these industries in terms of import/export trade values and trends over the past five years.

d) You can find around 20 lower-level industries (with three-digit NAICS codes), listed under "Manufacturing". Identify the top-five in terms of imports/exports value over the past five years, and the corresponding top-five trade partners. Focusing on this industry-specific analysis, list relevant contributing factors for global trade and supply chain flows; discuss the associated benefits to the Canadian economy and companies in Canada; identify the most important risk factors; and, suggest risk mitigation strategies toward more resilient supply chains.

e) Please list your observations about Canada's global trade during both 2020 and 2021, and discuss whether there has been a significant change compared to the previous years. Explain.
