The human resources department typically provides an employee handbook that will cover all areas of concern with the organization, such as the grievance process, which is a means for employees to file and resolve any internal disputes within the organization. In Portfolio Part 4 you will need to: 

1. Provide the specific steps involved in the grievance process. 

2. Provide 5 or more policies and procedures that are important to include as a reinforcement.
