One behavior I've exhibited in the workplace due to my perception is holding back during team meetings. When discussing ideas or proposing solutions, I often refrain from actively participating or sharing my thoughts. This behavior stems from a perception that my ideas may not be valued or taken seriously by my colleagues or superiors. In the past, I've felt dismissed or overlooked when I've attempted to contribute, leading me to believe that my input may not be appreciated. As a result, I tend to remain reserved during discussions, fearing potential rejection or criticism of my ideas.

Avoiding Seeking Help:

Another behavior influenced by my perception is avoiding seeking help or clarification when facing challenges or uncertainties at work. I tend to try to figure things out on my own rather than reaching out to colleagues or supervisors for assistance. This behavior is driven by a perception that asking for help may be perceived as a sign of weakness or incompetence.
