1. As you listen to the video, consider one of the seven roles that you feel particularly proficient in at this point in your life. If you feel proficient in several, select the one you feel the best about. Describe that in your post and share what others might do to become as proficient as you with that skill. How did you acquire that? What experience do you have with it? What evidence demonstrates that others agree with your self-assessment? If you don't feel proficient in any yet, which do you feel is the most likely you could develop first, and why? Be as specific as possible.
2. Next, which of the seven roles do you currently feel furthest from...that you believe would take the most work on your part to get to? Perhaps you've been working on the others and just haven't gotten to this one yet. Perhaps you feel that one of the roles is a weakness for you. Whatever the reason, outline what it would take for you to develop the skills necessary to take on that role. Need a little research about project management for the presentation of this information. Use solid, constructive steps that would help you develop what you need. Be as specific as possible.
