For example, during the 2000's, several governments in Asia and Europe had invested heavily in building the broadband infrastructure that spurned growth for so many industries. As an analogy, think of the government building a highway. Along the highway, shopping centers, gas stations, etc., from private businesses are built along it. You may need to do a bit of research on areas we could improve on or doing well.
