REFLECT

Using the information obtained from the Reflective Writing resources craft a reflection paper focused on the idea of the ethical dimensions of being a worthy employee and responsible coworker. In this paper, you will want to reflect on how the choices of employees impact their coworkers and the organization they work for. What do employees owe their employers? Loyalty to the company? The brand? The customer? What about an employee's impact on the work atmosphere? How should employees handle issues of financial integrity or whistleblowing? Identify a personal experience where you had to decide what you owed to your employer or fellow employees? What happened? What was the impact on you or on the organization? How will you implement the lessons learned in this module within your professional career?

A Reflection Paper is a two-page reflection on the material covered (readings, videos, etc.) in the Module including a section of at least half a page that discusses how this issue applies to work, education, or other parts of your life.

DIRECTIONS

The reflection papers should be two complete pages (not one and three-fourths), double spaced, using the default font, size, and margins. It must be in .DOCX or .RTF format.

The paper should be at least 2 full pages long, in 12 point font double spaced with standard margins. (Please use Calibri, Arial, or Times New Roman Font). If you reference outside materials in this paper ensure that you cite those sources. It is appropriate to use personal pronouns ("I" etc.) in this form of writing as reflections are personal.
