Relate it with Model of team effectiveness Overall, team members are content with the overall performance and outcomes of the project thus far, which suggests successful collaboration and achievement of goals. We do know that we are lacking in areas and can improve as a team in many ways. We know it is crucial that we improve communication, address participation and workload levels, and establish better goals, expectations, and responsibilities that help encourage the team. We plan to establish more regular team meetings or check-ins to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and share updates. 2 issues based off of data: Taking a look at the team surveys we all participated in, we saw two questions that clearly stuck out to us and that we believed were important to consider for the success of our team. The first question from the data we wanted to further look at is: "Team goals are not motivating to team members," where we had 2 people disagree, and 3 agree with the statement. This shows that the team goals we established during the beginning stages of this project were not relatable and did not help the team. We know we must talk about these goals
