RENTER'S INSURANCE: Lessee is advised and understands that the personal property of Lessee is not insured by the Lessor against any damage or loss, and Lessee agrees that Lessor shall have no liability in connection with any such damage or loss. Lessee may procure renter's insurance to protect the Lessee's property and for liability claims and shall provide evidence thereof to Lessor upon Lessor's request.
