They are not paid as much and they also do not receive the same job opportunities. I also agree that we would benefit from gender equality because everyone would have access to equal opportunity. There would be more collaboration in the workforce and increased productivity because everyone would be getting along. I also like your social issue example because banning books is a problem that is happening in schools. Great job
