SW Spoke with PCG and explained that pt DME equipment will be ordered 1-2 days before pt moves home. pt is not schedule to move home until 4/15/24. pcg reported he is still working on getting private duty caregivers i place. sw provided education on utilizing cargiver agency and there dependability.
