Rephrase: The study was used questionnaire and observation to investigate the effect of motivation on employee's performance. Questionnaire is a research instrument consisting of a series of Questions and other prompts for the purpose of gathering information from respondents (Sir Francis Galton1997). Observation is a tool that is critical to the improvement and innovation of a new product or service are organized below by the extent to which an experimenter intrudes upon or controls the environment. Through questionnaire, information regarding all the necessary variable was gathered and supplemented by interview with managers. Thus Five scale Likert Scale was utilized for the questionnaire and rated as; Strongly Agree = SA; Agree = A; Neutral = N; Disagree= D; Strongly Disagree = SD. Since the participants of the study are Filipino employees (Butchers, Slaughterers, and Knife-hands) most of them are high school graduates, the questionnaires were prepared and distributed in Tagalog language
