reply to A positive experience I had was organizing a charity event with a detailed planning. This had a big outcome on fundraising goals and there were a big group of communities who were engaged. All the preparation we went through made it sure to be done with a good exectuion. One negative experience was that of an impulsive travel. It resulted in a poor part of accommodation and there were a lot of activities that were missed because of the arrangements that were done in the last minute. This lack of planning made the entire trip less enjoyable and stressful. Evaluating past decision makes me identify all the mistakes and the achievements I have done with those plans. It shows which strategies work the best for a certain situation and it improves the future planning. It makes you learn the lessons and it creates better outcomes for the future
