reply to I really like how you approach these situations and have a good outlook on it. One thing my workplace has put into place is a mediation program. This is for employees who have an issue with eachother and want it fixed. It allows the agency to not worry about policy violations and instead look for solutions to the problems through one on one training with a mediator present. So far it has worked really well and solving issues at the lowest level possible, and has reduced complaints from people at work
