reply to My project is progressing well. I have learned a lot about my selected topic and am happy with how it is progressing. I have been thinking about creating a new safety learning management system since starting within my company's safety department. This capstone has brought that system into more of a manageable perspective. I understand the intricacies of the system and how much work will be required to help build it. I originally had to narrow down my schedule into a manageable six-week itinerary which was difficult due to the complexity of the project, but I made it work. I have also started to add more sources within my assignments, and it has helped develop my knowledge of learning management systems
