There are different types of leaderships and pros and cons for each.

Authentic Leadership-

Pros-Seems focuses on input of all employees of the organization and open for change, leaders are self-aware

Cons-The leadership can be based on the leaders style, and their influences according the book, which can impact the decisions that are made and how the leader believe they affect the organization

Ethical Leadership-

Pros-based on mutual trustworthiness, comes from an honest and caring leader and environment

Cons-It can be difficult to make decisions that might be necessary based on ethics alone, it weighs heavy on all decisions

Servant Leadership-

Pros-Oppirtunity to serve others, emphasis placed on serving others and their needs

Cons-Can be overwhelming to serve everyone at one time if needed. It can be hard to reach a decision if there are differing needs
