Reply to the following discussion: Elements that describe my strengths as a leader include good communication, optimism, and prioritized organization. Elements that describe my weaknesses as a leader include being too critical and having a hard time accepting poor behaviors like tardiness and taking shortcuts. Opportunities I see for myself as a leader include promoting within the agency I work at currently or working in a different area of law enforcement like policing. Because I have an associate degree already, I have been offered a few opportunities thus far. Opportunities I see for myself as a leader would be managing a team and/or playing an important role while actively protecting society. Elements that threaten my leadership capabilities are getting too comfortable in the same spot and not taking risks
