Reply to the following post: I believe that the industry leaders should encourage their users not to use their phone will operating a motor vehicle due to potential dangers. This could be done by implementing driving mode on phones. With driving mode phones will be able to detect movement of one's vehicle and automatically put phone in "Do Not Disturb" mode. Apple does a great job of this and I believe that many more cell phone manufacturers should do so as well. Derek should not be removed from his position because out of all of the managers his response was the most empathetic.
