Report on any proposal for change that you have instigated (present, past or future organisation), or intend to instigate. A key idea in gaining acceptance is to address the WIIFM ("What's in it for me") feature/s that apply to each executive present at your presentation, or otherwise have to approve your proposal. List these, with positions held (titles, not names) and how to realise benefits through active engagements.

Prrepare a continual improvement proposal listing 5 ideas from your studies and research that you would like to see adopted/ might be used in your workplace (present, past or future) and explain why you would support their introduction.
