Matter 1 Construction Limited, a South African resident, bought 11 flats on 15 April 2021 (the date on which ownership was transferred) in a newly erected building from a developer, at a total cost of R200 000 each. The flats are rented out to bona fide employees for R1 000 a month and were occupied from 1 May 2021
