Hortic Ltd still had inventory purchased from Agric Ltd of R120 000 on hand at 31 December 2019. 4 The SA normal tax rate is 28%5 The Hortic Lid Group accounts for investments in associates using the equity method in accordance with IAS 28. 6 The carrying amount of the investment in Agric Ltd is considered to be its fair value.
