Requirements:

Develop a business that centers on the concepts we discussed, and that you are passionate about. The business can be a non-profit such as a hospital or even a professional business such as a law firm. The below deliverables (tasks) result in your management model aligned to your business.

**First - please ensure that you use full sentences and that your points are 2 - 3 sentences. Please do not have broad statements that cannot be discerned without explanation.

Deliverables:

*Develop mission, values, and corporate social responsibility statements (recommend a slide for each statement).

*Describe the culture you want to build within your organization (open, flat or tall, formal - your choice).

*Develop 4 strategic goals for your company. Your strategic goals should be measurable statements.

**Develop performance management tools that you will measure success (i.e., Key Performance Indicators, Balanced Scorecard) and some areas your will measure (quality control, operations, customer service, retention, turnover).

*Identify how you will use teams in your business and in what areas of your business.

*Identity how you will attract, retain, and motivate employees to ensure you have the needed level of talent in your business.

*Develop a high-level communications plan - how will you communicate within the organization and to organizational stakeholders.?

*Provide a summary slide

*Please use white slides with black font. Please do not use moving graphics. You can use graphics (small). Again, please ensure that your content consist of full sentences (2-3 per point is recommended) and not just short blurbs.

Recommend a slide for each deliverable - 10 slides (content) + a reference slide and a cover slide. You do not need an agenda slide.
