Research Idea: Does the size of a company/organization affect whether they offer mental health benefits to employees?

The connection between company/ organization size and mental health benefit offerings.

Our group will be working with OSMI Mental Health in Tech Survey 2018 dataset. Our research idea revolves around whether there is a relationship between company size and if they offer mental health benefits. We plan to analyze if there's a correlation between a company's size and whether they offer mental health benefits.

Null Hypothesis: The size of a company does not affect whether that company offers mental health benefits to its employees.

Alternative Hypothesis: The size of a company does affect whether a company offers mental health benefits to its employees.
