Research indicates that organizations are allowing employees more autonomy with work/life balance by offering a 32-hour workweek. Before researching a 32-hour workweek; what are your thoughts on the thought of promoting and/or piloting this program within your organization and/or team? In June 2022, more than 3,300 workers in the UK embarked on a study to determine the impacts of a 4-day work week or 32-hours per week.
