Research is constantly changing in the area of employee training and development. It is important for professional to stay abreast of what is known in the current literature on topics that contribute to an understanding of the practice of employee training and development. Student will engage in research relative the topic of employee training and development. Students will practice summarizing and evaluating research articles. Student will also learn how to present information in annotated bibliography format which is a beneficial tool for organizing research. Engaging in this research will provide student with potential resources that will help inform the student's understanding of best practices in employee research and development and perhaps inform dissertation research
