Research question: Do people who are satisfied with their relationships have more hours spent in therapy (individual, group, etc.) monthly? i.e. Is there a positive relationship between hours in therapy, and relational satisfaction? Predictor variable: Are you happy with your relationships (yes/no question) Group 1: People who are satisfied with their relationships. Group 2: People who are not satisfied with their relationships. Outcome variable: Hours spent in a therapeutic setting (individual, group, couples, etc.). Measured by a report of each person's hours per month spent in therapy. Response possible would range from 0 hours on. I believe that the group that is satisfied with their relationships spends a higher average of hours in therapy a month. *I'm not confident about the predictor variable vs the outcome so I may need to come back and edit my post
