Research supports and endorses the removal of standardized systems in education, highlighting the importance of personalized learning environments that can optimize individual potential. Evidence suggest that creating more personalized school systems can help students achieve their best potential. Thus, creating a 3 tier School system where they were be a school for gifted students who will probably get advanced degrees, a school for students most likely to go to college but maybe just bachelors, and school for this who would enter a trade and most likely not go to college focusing each section on preparing them for jobs and life in these categories rather then every student doing the same curriculum.

From this, in depth explain the best approach to change our current system to this system. What mechanisms or routes would be best in eliminating the standardized system and implementing this one? List at least 3 different options/approaches to do so. What would be the biggest obstacles or road blocks that would hinder this process? How could you prepare for these obstacles? Include at least 4 apa scholarly sources to support your claims and one bible verse.
