Research the company Bank of America checking their web site and at least three other outside sources, to determine its corporate culture, and then prepare a paper to address the following:

Describe in some detail the corporate culture of the company including its norms and values. Be sure to indicate the companys approach and success and/or failure with diversity and inclusion. Provide support (evidence from your research--and your MGMT 2600 notes!) for your description of the culture. REMEMBER: Document your sources with a footnote.

Which of the companys values are most important to you either because you believe deeply in the value or because you disagree with the value. Indicate how this would affect your ability to work at the company.

Assume that you are a new employee of the company and you want to find out even more about the culture. Also assume that your manager, while a helpful person, does not seem to be able to answer your questions about corporate culture and instead says simply What you see is what you get. Develop and explain your plan to learn more about the corporate culture now that you are an employee.

Finally, using your insight into the company culture explain how you believe you ought to behave during your first year on the job. Make sure that your behaviors relate to the companys culture. Discuss the important ways you should interact with relevant stakeholders including fellow employees, management, customers, suppliers, and community members.
