For each statistical concept, address the following:

1. What is its purpose and what problem/question does it solve? Apply it in a scenario.
2. What are its characteristics and properties? What variables (qualitative or quantitative) are associated with it? What type of tests are available in conjunction with it (if a formula, what is the formula)?
3. What levels of measurement are best suited to analyze the data: a) nominal, b) ordinal, c) interval or d) ratio? Justify your rationale.
4. How is it best represented graphically (i.e., table, bar graph, pie chart, etc.)? Provide an example.
5. Are there any outliers observed? If so, what are they and how do you explain them? Cite three to five scholarly resources in addition to the text
