Research topic is: Employees' acceptance towards organizational change: A case study of ANZ GenCo Organization change = company restructuring ANZ (parent company) is a national power utility company which has created 1 subsidiary (ANZ GenCo) to focus on power industry business. This study is to examine the acceptance/resistance/perception/impact/morale of the staff who are assigned to the subsidiary (ANZ GenCo). ANZ (parent company) consist of 27,000 staff and 3,500 of them are assigned to the new subsidiary (ANZ GenCo). ANZ GenCo already in operations since 2 years ago.
