Discuss what types of IT Devices that are used by these companies for their communication purpose.

Write small report on describing these devices & their applicability to employees and organization.

Do these choices of communication methods are effective, discuss why or why not?

Could their communication channels have been improved? If yes then how?

Compare both companies' communication channels, be sure to look at both the positive and negative aspects of communication channels.
