I might begin by reading the existing evaluation reports of psychological training programs that have been implemented throughout various departments, consider changes in technology or political and societal influences on police support, and determine if these programs appear to still be meeting their intended goals. From there, it may be worth me reaching out to agencies and offering pro bono work to evaluate a program's effectiveness, with the understanding that I would likely need assistance from various administrative members along the way. This would not cost the agency, and would offer me valuable and practical application of what I have learned in this course
