I found the reading about the six thinking hats to be very insightful about how to navigate different challenges and scenarios from varying perspectives. This one stood out to me because, in the real world, we come across many people and situations that require a different method of analyzing to understand them or avoid conflict. These concepts will continue to be applied to both my professional life and my personal life. In both a personal and professional setting, I will wear the hat that best fits the situation I am dealing with. Having the ability to change hats and step outside of my comfort zone will allow me to view the situation from a bird's eye perspective and make adjustments accordingly. The five dysfunctions of a team offered me a new perspective on what to focus on when building a team. The five dysfunctions are fear of conflict, inattention to results, avoidance of accountability, absence of trust among team members, and lack of commitment. These dysfunctions can hinder the
