"Happy employees create happy customers," I agree with this in all honestly in that ,employees are a representation of any company or organization and so if they are proud and content with their place of work then it becomes clear to the customers as well.For any business to succeed, the customer factor should be considered.A business entity will crash down once if the customers are met with a bad experience while being attended. In such a scenario, the customers will seek other alternatives thereby leaving the business shrinking. For any business to grow, the management team should ensure that there is positive customer experience. One way of ensuring that is by treating well your employees. Happy employees result in happy customers.
Putting other production quality constantly, happy employees result in increased sales. If the employee has positivity in their attitude, it naturally spills into the relations of the customer. Happy employees do easily strive to offer high-quality services. There is a consistency that results in increased loyalty and happiness in the customers (Hussinki et al., 2019).The strength of organizational culture is based on the values, beliefs, and assumptions that exist in the organization. If the organization has a strong culture, the values and norms are intensely held and shared across the various departments of the organization (Srensen, 2002). The values then greatly influence the behavior of the employees.
The common problems that may arise include: The employees become bored with the organizational culture which eventually hinders their productivity. There is also an issue with turnover being too high which dramatically affects the organization. There is a possibility of tension or conflict since dissenting values are suppressed. Lastly, the strong culture can be rigid and therefore affect innovation and creativity amidst new members.
